I’m back. If you care.

There were some big changes in real life which kept me from the blogging world. Good changes. Don’t worry. But I’m back to where I can focus on my writing again, and it feels amazing.

The biggest change was the new addition to our family. My wife gave birth to our second son, Atlas Orion, in March. He’s beautiful and healthy, just like his older brother, Odin Archer. So I couldn’t be happier in the family department.

That change inspired another. I went part time at my day job in order to be home with the kids more. I am loving the dad life, even at a fraction of the sleep I used to get with one child. Wouldn’t trade it for the world. It’s not easy, and sometimes I want to rip my hair out, but it’s pretty awesome.

And as far as writing, I am almost finished with the edits for book #2, Touching Infinity, so you’ll be seeing it soon. Also, and this is what I’m most excited about in my little literary world right now, I have been advised by certain parties there might be interest in seeing Glimpsing Infinity on the big screen, so I’ve been working on adapting my first novel into a screenplay. It’s a surreal feeling. Can’t really describe it.
